Return Policy
At Costumefusion we believe in the importance of providing our customers quality products. That is why we are proud to offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our items. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for either a verified replacement or a store credit of the purchase price.
All items must be returned:
-Within 14 days of receipt.
-In its original manufactures packaging.
-Unused, unaltered and not missing any parts.
-All sealed packages must be return sealed.
Please note that for hygienic purposes, eyelashes, wigs, facial hair, make-up and beards are not returnable unless they come in sealed manufactured packaging and they are returned in mint condition unused, unopened and unaltered.

Estimated Shipping Time
Our delivery dates are based on the shipping time supplied to us by Canada Post. Whilst we work hard to ensure that each delivery arrives on time as scheduled, we are not responsible for any shipping delays that might occur.
We offer next day delivery to most locations. Inquire with us prior to placing your order for overnight shipping services to your location.
